- We spread a premium, balanced cool season blend grass seed evenly over your existing lawn to help fill in bare/thin spots.
- Adds new, more disease and drought resistant species of grass to your lawn.
- We can collect and remove leaves, sticks, branches, and any other yard debris you can think of.
- We haul everything away from your property or we can mulch the leaves and leaves it for great compost.

- Gutters should be inspected and cleaned at least once per year.
- We clean all debris out of the gutters, downspouts and off of the roof.
- We will alert you of any trouble areas and can tighten down loose fasteners or nails.
- Any new growth will be trimmed back to a neat and formal looking shape. If you desire a different look we can do that too!
- Generally performed at least twice a year depending on the species of shrub.
